Soy Luna is a photographic and conceptual project that explores the moon, as a symbolic territory and a body in transformation, establishing a dialogue between the celestial and the intimate.
I am Luna
I'll be nobody's but yours,
Although my body is broken and full of irreparable emptiness,
I'll keep wandering in the universe for millions of years,
Until I meet you again.
In this project there is a focus on intimate experience,
One perceives in the atmosphere lunar particles that brush against the body,
A nocturnal and celestial transformation.
I am Luna belongs to the series, contemporary anthropology, a study of unusual behaviour of groups of humans and animals, either by artistic practices or changes in habitat.
Soy Luna
